POWER SKATING EDGES AND SKILLS

A power skating edges and skills session is sure to touch all aspects of your game! We start off with a variety of power skating and edge drills that are controlled and powerful teaching you how to move like the best. We then transition into puck handling skills and or a variety of high tempo stations. Work on your hands, feet, shot and intensity all at a high tempo with superior instruction, can’t be beat.

LiL’ PREDS

Where it all begins! Bring your future star out for a highly educational and fun experience with NSH. Our instructors work hands on with your young athlete and teach them all the basics of hockey. Basic stride and edge techniques as well as introductory puck handling is sure to set your future NHL’er on the right path. Don’t forget the fun games and smiles!

DYNAMIC DEFENCE

Every position is unique in it’s own right and D is no different! We work the Edges that are specific to the regular movements a D makes every game. You will improve and learn a variety of front of net, in corner and 1 on 1 technique’s. Be sure to come with a sharp mind as in game simulating drills will be in full effect and be sure to educate you on how to be the best D you can be!
