Once you make your final selection and purchase or book your program, N’ICE STIX HOCKEY will not make exchanges or refunds unless a program or event is cancelled or postponed as discussed below in Refund Policy for Cancelled or Postponed Events.
N’ICE STIX HOCKEY will issue refunds ONLY if an event is cancelled in its entirety and not rescheduled. If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, refunds will automatically be applied to the credit card used (or returned via same payment method made) by the customer at the time of purchase. In such instances, refunds will generally appear on your next credit card statement depending upon your credit card's billing cycle. Deposits for spring hockey and international tournaments and their respective teams is non-refundable and considered a “commitment to play”. In the event an International or spring tournament and or trip is cancelled by N’ICE STIX HOCKEY or its partners a refund will be issued. N’ICE STIX HOCKEY will not be held responsible for any travel/accomodation or expenses booked outside of N’ICE STIX HOCKEY.
All clothing and uniform merchandise is sold on a final sale basis. There are no refunds or cancellations. Clothing merchandise may be exchanged for the same item in a different size only, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. The cost of returning and reshipping clothing merchandise for exchange shall be the responsibility of the consumer. All clothing returned for exchange must be unworn and in "'as new" condition with any and all tags intact. Uniform and equipment merchandise is non-refundable nor can it be exchanged.
